easy to count as exercise, but it definitely counts! Walking is a

exercising when you’re walking with a friend and burning calories.
Find new trails to walk on and experience nature up close and personal. When you approach walking in this manner you’ll be benefitting from the weight

Start dancing! Dancing is a great way to burn hundreds of calories per hour. The more vigorous your dancing is the more calories you can
burn. Many people again believe that anything that is fun surely
cannot count as exercise, but dance will help you lose weight.
You can take group dance exercise classes that will allow you to meet and interact with others while you burn
calories and simply have fun.
Weight lifting is another great way
to lose weight. Of all of the exercises to lose weight this one is
most overlooked. Many people assume that weight lifting is only for
those who are already physically fit, but this is not necessarily the case. Weight lifting or strength training should accompany other exercise so you can
burn fat while also building muscle. When you lift weights you are
building muscle, and the more muscle you have the more calories you burn, which will speed weight
loss.
Cardio type exercises are always
good. Running, speed walking, kick boxing, and elliptical trainers
are all ways in which you can get a good cardio workout. Cardio
exercises get your heart rate up so you are burning fat and calories. You should aim to get in 30 to 45 minutes of cardio exercises three to five
times a week. When you add in effective cardio training you will
begin to see the loss of inches as well as pounds in no time.
